Stamina Community Ride (14-16mph)

Join us for our third Wednesday group ride! This week we will be riding 15-20 miles at 14-16mph rolling pace. Check out our Instagram for route updates and links! We will ride two-by-two, following all rules of the road, and enjoying the ride at a slightly faster pace.

This is a great chance to grow group riding skills and we encourage riders to practice identifyning hazards and communicating with the group during the ride. All rides are "no drop" meaning that no riders will be left behind. We will ask for all riders to help us keep the group together. On our rides No Drop > advertised pace. We may ask slower riders to move towards the front of the pack to ensure that we can stay together. We will not exceed the advertised pace of these rides and we will not chase riders who rush ahead and go off the front.

What to bring? Bike, helmet, water bottle(s), snack, lights, and a flat fix kit (tube, tire levers, CO2 or pump). If you are missing any of these items, let us know and we will do our best to lend them to you during the ride.

All people and all bikes are welcome. Language or actions that are sexist, homophobic, ableist, racist, gear-shaming, or fatphobic will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave :)
